How To Meditate Your Stress Away: Part 1

This has been a topic on many peoples minds lately. Do you feel pulled in many directions? Are there just not enough hours in a day? Oh, and what about taking a few quiet minutes for yourself? Too many people burn the candle at both ends. They paddle upstream, working very hard and never arriving at their destination. Yes, we all seem to be leading busier than ever lives, but there is a way to bring your life into balance.

This can be simple as walking around your neighborhood or riding your bike. There has been countless of studies to show that doing these simple things can greatly reduce your stress and make your heart stronger. Furthermore, exercise will help you to remove toxins from your body and improve your blood circulation.

You can improve your singing voice by concentrating on your breath. Keep in mind that if you do not breathe properly, you will not be able to produce the required quality voice. You can check your breath by placing your hand at your stomach, take a breath if your stomach expands in this process, you are breathing correctly. Actually it is your diaphragm that is activated by strong abdominal muscles that expand while you are breathing and provide improved singing voice.

Do you know that how you feel is everything? The universe is responding to your vibration. Not your words or your actions specifically, but to the vibration you are emitting. By vibration I mean energy. You are energy and the state of your energy is what attracts the circumstances and people in your life. However blissful or lackluster.

I have tried for years to How to meditate. I was always told to “go to a peaceful place” and there I would find serenity. I was never able to accomplish this until it finally came to me. Now, when I begin my meditation, I envision my child with his arms wrapped around my neck, his little body snuggled up close to me – and I am there.

In fact, each musical genre is kind of like a culture of its own. Just think about it, you can almost always tell what kind of music a person likes and listens to just by the way they dress. The punk rockers, the country type, the rap, hip/hop, and other urban genre crew, the reggae crowd, the hard rockers. They all have their own unique lifestyle and dress that is defined by their music.

Most people will notice that their voice becomes louder and clearer as they decrease in pitch. Keep decreasing until it sounds – and feels – perfect. Make sure that you don’t go so low that you sound raspy. Once you find the correct pitch for you practice using it religiously. Your new pitch combined with diaphragmatic breathing will produce wonders for your voice.

I saw an ad on television once for a large newspaper chain and their slogan was; Never Stop Thinking. This is utter nonsense.
